Mount Grace Priory

Has anyone visited Mount Grace Priory and know approximately how long you spend there? We've pre-booked tickets and afterwards have a 20 min drive to a hotel. We want to be at our hotel for 3 but don't want to end up having to fill a couple of hours if it would just be a short visit. Many thanks.

Potentially quite a short visit (30 mins to 1hr?) but I always find it a really calming place and can spend much longer. Does Google not indicate how long people usually there?

i think you could stretch it to 2 hours. There are gardens at the back and the front though and the house to look round. Are you going with children as there’s an activity bag you can do as well. We’ve also walked around the lake down the front as well and killed time that way.
Theres a cafe too. It’s warm today so nice place to go for a sit.

Trip advisor said 2-3 hours but looking at various websites that seemed like quite a long time.

Thanks so much. Are there any walks you can do from there?

I’m sure you can walk to Osmotherly from MGP - I think I did that once
