Vitamins for dry, brittle nails and hair

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced vitamin supplement that has helped their dry, brittle nails and dry hair please? I know these vitamin combos often say they are for skin too which is fine, although no issues with skin.

I’m after something I can easily get in Boots etc and I don’t want to spend £££ every month so definitely reasonably priced please.

I've tried the branded hair and nails ones (vita something?)
have made no difference tbh.

Try Biotin

Try Sea kelp. And also almond oil on your cuticles.

Biotin. It's really cheap and my nails in particular grow fast and strong.

Biotin- buy the highest strength you can find. Made a difference to my nails in a week.

I love Morrisons own brand hair, skin and nails tablets . I find they really do make a difference 😊

Biotin but you need to go high. 8000-10,000 mcg a day . I use Thorne Biotin . It contains 8mg and I have take two capsules ( so 16,000 mcg ) a day. I have gorgeous long and thick hair.
