Is this normal after MMR?

Dd had MMR (age 3 y 4 m) on Thursday afternoon. Is her arm meant to look like this? She seems well enough in herself.

That doesn’t look normal to me. You can get a bit of redness and swelling but that looks quite large. I’d call 111 for advice.
