Life 360 app technical question

My family use life 360 app as a phone tracker. My child is at the age where she feels reassured I know where she is, and she also enjoys tracking me in return!

Technical question for thse who use it. Sometimes it works perfectly, other days when my phone is the same and my signal is still strong, she cant track me. it will say on her phone that I have no network or my phone is turned off, but my husbands phone can still track me. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if there was a simple answer. I thought it was her phone but it works some days but not others with no settings changed.

Is there anyone who has had this issue and has been able to solve it?
