Cool long sleeve tops with collars and trousers.

Can anyone recommend any cool long sleeve tops and trousers? I need to keep my skin covered up this summer so need cool tops and don’t know what’s best. Any ideas?

If you like oversized cotton/linen shirts you are spoilt for choice, if you like them more fitted you will still find quite a few if you are standard size, if you are plus there is seasalt larissa.

Trousers - either linen wide leg or if you prefer slimmer then slimline chinos, or cargos if being very informal. All of these can be found anywhere if standard size

Seasalt is great for this sort of thing.

Thin cotton not lycra. Lycra insulates too much.

I'm extremely sun sensitive and have to be completely covered. Uniqlo do a brilliant UV protective hoodie in their Airism range which is very cool to wear but comes right up under your chin and has thumb holes to cover your hands too.

Uniqlo UV collection I have the hoodie in 4 different colours and I really like that I can chuck it over a vest top or strappy sundress and then whip it off indoors so I don't look so covered up.
The UV leggings are also suitable for swimming in so do double duty.

I also use arm sleeves from Solbari or Sunday afternoon to add to a short sleeved or not long enough sleeved top, and have a couple of Craghoppers UV rated scarves that fill in round the neckline
