I was in a no fault accident 2 years ago, rear ended. Other driver accepted full responsibility. Our car was fixed and given back to us and that was it.
I've recently been contacted to say the other insurance company is not engaging with mine and still hasn't paid for the repair and my insurer now needs to take them to court to get the money. OK fine.
But now I keep being contacted by my insurers solicitor dealing with me directly as if the court claim is mine? Is that correct?
Why isn't it between to 2 insurers? Why do I need to be involved? We don't even have the car anymore and aren't with those insurers.
