I have gift subs to Living and House Beautiful. Living is aspirational. HB is more down to earth.

I get:
25 Beautiful Homes - like that it features mainly houses (not food or travel etc).
House and Gardens - aspirational, grand houses town and country, expensive travel features
House Beautiful - the one I'm liking most at the minute, more relatable budget wise and I do find tearing a few sheets out for ideas
Country Homes - giving that up as I don't live in the country anymore, but nice if you do!
