Help me remember this song…

I’m trying to remember a song I loved in the summer of 2014 (it may have been released earlier than that). I remember it being very uplifting and I think it had the lyrics ‘carry me home’ in it (but I may be mixing it up with another song)? I know this isn’t much to go on but I wondered if anyone recognises it? I can’t find it anywhere on the internet. Thanks!
