Stopped wetting nappies

Hello,
I wondered if anyone else has had this issue.
My 6 month baby has stopped wetting his nappies at night and is going nearly 10 hours with a dry nappy until he wakes up in the morning. I have seen the doctor and they did all checks and have said that he is not dehydrated and his sample was perfect. All they suggested was to give baby more water through a bottle.
I just wanted to know if anyone has had this same issue because I don’t know what could be causing this and I just need some advice.

Does he do a big wee when he wakes up? BF or FF?

Is he having milk at night?

He’s FF and sleeps through the night so has his last bottle at about 7 and then wakes up and has one at 6am. He does do a big wee when he wakes up after his bottle.
