Tonight we had Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Thin steak, peppers and onion all fried together. Add cheese. Then used the Aldi metro rolls- made some garlic butter and stuck in the oven for 5-6 mins. Then combined it all and served with coleslaw and skinny Cajun fries.

tomorrow I’m making the Aldi sourdough garlic kievs, broccoli and air fried baby potatoes.

Macaroni cheese ( well, fusilli actually ) with crisped up bacon, garlic mushrooms, spinach and chopped up tomatoes stirred in.

I don't know but I'm not cooking again. I'm sick of having to come up with the ideas and do all of the cooking. I'm officially on strike.

Today was pasta with mussels in a tomato sauce

Tomorrow will be roast chicken with carrots, green beans and potatoes

I'm going to fry up some sprouts with some garlic and some bacon lardons and then cover with a cheese sauce, top with a bit of blue cheese and lashings of worcestershire sauce and then bake it and serve it with roasted garlic baby potatoes and battered fish.

Tesco stir fry meal deal consisting of baby vegetable veg, Singapore noodles and Vietnamese sauce. I bought some steak for the protein part of the meal.
