Sorry for this specific thread but is anyone else incredibly frustrated by the state of rubbish in Greenwich at the moment? My home is surrounded by people fly tipping in their front gardens and recycling bins full of rubbish which never get removed.
Maybe just hormonal but feeling really depressed and finding the council incredibly slow to respond. Does anyone have any contact details for the mysterious "back office" all concerns seem to get reported to?
