Does this look like a scarlet fever rash

Ds, 3, has this rash all over his body apart from his face. Temperature, sore throat. The doctor took a swab of his throat and he's been prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. I know I will find out in a few days when the throat swab results come back but does this look like a scarlet fever rash? It's bumpy but I wouldn't say it feels like sandpaper so I'm not 100% convinced.

My daughter, 8 years old, had scarlet fever at Christmas last year. Her rash was tiny red dots everywhere all over her body, she was very unwell and slept alot.
Your photo looks similar too her rash, but it could be a viral rash it's hard too tell!
