What do you think you could earn per month, doing dog boarding in your house, for people who don’t like putting their dogs into kennels?

Gosh that totally depends on how many you can keep safely and comfortably and how many days in a row you’re willing to have them and how long it takes to build up a client base. I think it’s a side gig to be honest.

What do you mean by side gig?

My friend makes 4k a month doing this. Way more than she used to earn as a veterinary nurse.

I'm a dog groomer and a few of my customers use home boarding and pay around £30 per night, I'm not sure how many dogs the businesses are allowed to take at a time.

You’d want to be competitive, so possibly charge around the same as kennels in your area. 20-30 per day.

Could take a while to build up a customer base. At the beginning you might only get boarders one or two weekends per month.
