Is going off meals a perimenopause thing?

I just can't stomach any hot meal. I'm not nauseous, I've got a good appetite but I just don't fancy eating any 'proper' food. I'm living off eggs, fruit, cheese, porridge, cold roast chicken etc. Just picky bits really. That's all I ever want. For tea tonight I had apple and cheese, some crackers, melon and a bowel of cereal.

I'm 43.

I don't know if it is a perimenopause thing. I have the complete opposite problem of eating too much. 🙃 Wish I at least ate less. 😪

😄 unfortunately I'm not eating less just not wanting to eat my own cooking anymore! Maybe that's the problem!

Hmm, I don't want to eat my own cooked food either. 🤷🏻‍♀️
