Does anyone have this. Lately I have been struggling some days to put one foot in front of the other.

Did anyone find a way to help this. Supplements? Please help me.

Yes, I get that kind of fatigue. Had it yesterday. My doctor has also been completely no help either, so am considering changing my GP surgery. Not found a way to work round it yet, but do have HRT patches.

Have you had your thyroid checked? I would get this ruled out as a cause of your tiredness. As someone who has autoimmune hypothyroidism I can tell you it mimics a lot of the symptoms of perimenopause.

Yes!!! I started taking a mild iron supplement because I was borderline anaemic. I think it can help any woman. Also bought on a whim a supplement called hormone harmony and fatigue eliminator. Helped me a lot.

GSM545 · 06/06/2023 18:04

mine didn't lift until i took HRT- try and get iron , B12 and hormone levels checked. be careful as what the NHS thinks acceptable is what many doctors think is not acceptable -the NHS doesn't want to waste money on women's health.....

I got a bit of a boost op on vitamin D. Yes it can be very tiring.

Needingacoffee · 06/06/2023 18:13

For me, I think I also need my B12 levels upped... But am also getting nowhere with that either. 😕

Paranoidandroidmarvin · 06/06/2023 18:13

I already do vitamin d tablets. I have b12 injections already.
