New anti bacterial spray - wtf !

Just used a new fragrance to my usual antibacterial spray and OMG it made me have a severe gag reflex to thd point of almost throwing up!

This is supposed to be one of thd non toxic brands too.

Second the total gag at the CIF spray for bathrooms, utterly grim. I cant use it and ended up binning it.

@jessycake I've just switched to this and I'm obsessed! Also the bathroom spray is equally as nice smelling!

Seriously, I had a dead fox caught in the fence at the end of my garden and it smelled very similar to method rhubarb.

Method is just middle class Zoflora.

Method sprays can make me cough but the worst one was Sainsburys own version of Dettol anti bac multi purpose spray where I almost couldn't breath through coughing. Awful stuff.

Method Rhubarb worsens my hand dermatitis (which is usually controlled at just dry skin) and causes multiple splits in my skin.

I just water it down a bit. I'm sure it's stronger than it used to be.

They’ve done this with flash bathroom, it’s catches your throat and stinks of actual urine

I tried the Method Rhubarb one a couple of years ago and it was just awful, the lavender and orange yuzu ones are OK though. I would really just like something fresh and light - I tried a Zoflora cucumber one and that was really strong and unpleasant too.

The Method Rhubarb is very Marmite. I bought a bottle and couldn't stand the smell but my friend thought it was amazing and took it home.

It’s because they’re artificial fragrances which are bloody horrendous for you. I won’t use it anymore.

This one is awful. In fact most of the Method products smell vile to me, I don't buy them any more.

Another vote for Neat - they even do an unfragranced one although it is a little harder to get hold of.

I can't use the method blue bathroom cleaner. I can't breath. It's so strong, and despite smelling so toxic is bloody useless.

I have the daily kitchen clementine spray and the rhubarb anti-bac which are fine. I love the coconut washing up liquid.

I love the rhubarb one and loathe the yuzu - it's fascinating how people are so different.

Splosh for everything here. No more single use plastics and their products smell lovely.

I love the method daily shower spray in passion fruit. Gorgeous, doesn't catch my throat or anything
Got the ylang ylang by accident and it's vile

We tried Splosh about 5 years ago and they were completely useless, didn't dissolve properly, didn't clean properly and were messy.

I think both of them are awful, and don't do anything except reek 🤢😂
