Anyone know about Galaxy7 12. Having problems

Hi

My phone only rings 3 times. I think even asked the technical God at work but couldn't figure it out.

I missed a Doctors appointment (phone obvs not face to face....as if!) because I was locking my dorr so phone stopped The receptionist phoned back and said they would phone later. I think they might have when I was on a bus so did not hear.

Whenever I ask a friend to ring me after work (when I have lost my phone it only does 3 rings which is not always enough time to locate it!

Anyone help?
