Inpost- how do I know which locker?!

Stupid question alert.

I'm collecting a Vinted parcel from an Inpost locker at my local supermarket today. It's the first time I've used Inpost.

How do I know which locker my parcel is in? I have a text with a code, but have no idea what to do next!

If it’s the same as when you drop a parcel off a locker will automatically ping open when you scan the code.

Yes, you scan the code and the locker opens automatically. It’s very clever!

If it's the same as Amazon you enter the code in a central key pad/or scan the QR code & the door of your locker pops open.

Scan or type the code in to the screen, then the locker with your parcel will just ping open.

Ah, ok. So there's just one scanning thing. I imagined each locker would have their own screen, and I'd need to know which one.

It’s just one screen in the middle of the lockers, scan your QR code or type in the number and it pops open, take your parcel out and shut it firmly, then it usually asks you to confirm you’ve finished or if you have items on the screen. It’s magic! In my head I like to imagine a little man at the back posting items through the lockers just before it opens 🙃
