Is it just me it is the glitching continually - ?who would ever pay extra I have no idea.

I never had a problem with ITV hub.

I thought there was something wrong with my firestick!

Tried to watch something on it x and it must have paused every 3 flipping seconds. Gave up in the end.

It's really awful I did wonder if the issues went if you paid and it was deliberate to get you to sign up but I'm not risking it!

Yea. It regularly tells me there's an issue and to contact customer services. Really annoying when you've started watching a series and can't finish it.

It's utterly shit. Mine crashes every time it gets to the adverts. I don't know how they get anyone to advertise.

It does always glitch and go back to the bloody beginning of each tv show after each advert on my MacBook using safari. Drove me bonkers.

It doesn't glitch using my Firestick or if I use my iPhone though

So yes I agree ITV X is rubbbish and needs sorting out properly

Has been since the day it launched.

I just hate it, it’s so unintuitive and I get cross at having to sit through the shitty adverts. Mine hasn’t been glitchy but I’ve only actually used it a couple of times so maybe it is now.

We have the premium , no ads , moved over from Britbox and don’t have any issues with it other than randomly getting signed out .

I'm watching itv x now via Chrome on my MacBook and it's absolutely fine even after the ads. I tried to watch it on Safari first but it told me there were technical issues.

My screen turns completely black then back on after a few seconds while the show is starting and during the advert breaks but while the audio is still playing in the background. I thought my TV was broken!!

Yeah it’s super glitchy but I’m patient with it and it usually works in the end
