Apps that block unknown and spam callers for iPhone?

Any recommendations both free and paid for?

I don’t know about apps, but on iPhones you can ‘silence’ calls from unknown numbers. My phone doesn’t ring or vibrate, and the call appears as a small notification at the top of the screen rather than taking up the whole screen. It shows up as a missed call afterwards, but at least it doesn’t disturb you at the time.

That’s what I have set up too, I just want them not to bother me completely!
