Taking my 13yr old to Barcelona for four nights. Is there anything we shouldn't miss? Didn't realise the nu camp (sp ???) wasn't open so need to make up for that!!!

Hop on hop off bus tour is really good, we did one half the afternoon we arrived and the second half the next morning. Takes you all around the city and gives a good idea what you might want to see more of.

Sagrada Familia
Park Guell
The beach!

Las Ramblas - obviously v touristy but fun. There's a big market off it and also Plaça Reial, a lovely square which has nice restaurants etc all around it. If you walk from the harbour end it takes you right into the middle of Barcelona and to the fountain and shops.

Have a great time!

The cable car across the bay is fab. Also the musical fountain in the evening.

The frederic meres museum is bizarre and wonderful imo. Boteros cat sculpture is very instagrammable for teens and there's a great mondeditos place opposite it that does 50% off on Tuesdays. The pinxos in the boqueria are amazing- I'm a food tourist and find pinxos in Barcelona the best in the country. Tapas in the city seems tourist led to me.
