Homemade fish curry with coconut rice

Sausages, poached eggs, beans and toast. I really fancy eggs a lot lately!

Pasta bake. Standard for us on a Monday night to use up whatever vegetables are lurking in the fridge before the shopping delivery arrives. Tonight's was pasta shells with tomatoes, onions, courgette, peppers, spring onions and green beans and topped with a mountain of melted cheese!

Homemade quiche, potato salad, coleslaw, salad.

We had fish, roasted veg and corn on the cob.
Kids had ice lollies for pudding, I have a big bag of malteasers for when they're in bed

I did a honey mustard glazed ham today, not sure why it's a Christmas thing usually anyway DD and DP had that with potatoes and vegetables and I had a cheese and onion pasty that needed eating with potatoes and vegetables.

I'd planned a chicken pie with leftovers from yesterday's roast, but as it's bloody too hot for pie it turned into a chicken and bacon salad.

Aldis fantastic king prawn/chilli linguine .part baked bread rolls to mop up the sauce,salad and individual triffels.

I had my first ever meal from Gousto.
Some coconut, tofu curry stirfry. It was very nice!

Veggie sausages, roast potatoes, green beans and carrots. Too hot for it really but I’m avoiding a food shop so working with what we had in 😂
