I'm just getting over my second bug in a month, both respiratory. I'm really fed up with being ill. I'm generally healthy and active and take good care of myself - eat really well, drink enough water, get enough sleep, work out, walk, fresh air, yoga, manageable stress levels, limited sugar and booze intake. No kids. No ongoing health conditions. Probably get 2-3 colds a year
Is there anything else I could do to boost my immunity? I know there are lots of bugs around at the moment but I want to do all I can to stay healthy once I've recovered from this lot! Ta
