Help! I am massively risk adverse. I've working for the same multinational organisation for over 15 years. Before that I never had a job for more than 2 years. I've had a few different jobs (mostly training and Comms based) over those years and earn a decent wage but feel trapped; by the salary, lack of external experience in the last 15 years and knowing what else I can do. Anyone made a massive career change? Good and bad experiences?
