How were your older kids when baby came along?

Expecting baby no.3 any day now.

Not sure how DS and DD will take to it. They are 5 and 3 years old, and both currently quite excited, but wondering what the reality might be?

How was it for you? Any tips?

Mine were 5 & 3! It’s still early days but it’s been a lovely gap… the 5 year old is old enough to feel helpful and to understand that babies need gentle hands etc and the 3 year old is over the moon plus gets the childcare hours now so it’s meant I’ve had some maternity days with just baby, good luck!
