I landed back in UK from this morning from a holiday. My kids and I shared 1 large case. It was full of washing! It didn’t come off the flight (easyJet).
I reported it before leaving the airport so am just waiting now.
has anyone had this happen to them before?
I read in citizens advice I might be able to claim for buying essentials like underwear and toiletries? I have bought briefs for my sons as I took most of theirs away with us and they need some for tomorrow.
