We’ve got one of the best way 12ft pools with a filter
had anyone tried any of the pool filters that are available to warm the water by a few degrees?
last year we used one of the solar covers (basically just bubble wrap) and it did work, but obv the weather was so ridiculously hot last year.
we’ve installed solar panels on our house so I’m tempted to buy an electric pool heater rather than exporting excess solar to the grid. But I don’t know how well they work? Has anyone tried them?
my main concern is that we don’t have an easily located outdoor plug and from looking at reviews you can’t use extension leads.
similarly I was looking at those solar mats that you can get (we have a south facing garden) so would appreciate any suggestions as to recommendations
