What's on the BBQ?

Planning to do steak and we'll have it with new potatoes and salads. First one of the year 😊🌞

Planned one for last week after work but was catfished by the weather forecast, so we had it indoors. We had Korean chicken, chilli halloumi skewers and minted lamb steaks along with a chopped salad, and sriracha & lime potatoes.

Oh fancy, yum!

Neighbours have fired up already, I am salivating...

We have chicken, tuna steaks, pork and king prawns...

Having friends over, smoked brisket and pulled pork. Brisket has been on low and slow since last night and smells amazing. Pork is also looking good

Today we are having tandoori chicken, naan and potato chickpea chaat on the bbq. I’ll do a spiced pepper and sweetcorn salad on the side to go with it.

Some seriously fancy barbequing going on her folks!!

Spatchcocked Harissa chicken with a honey glaze, tabuleh, greek salad and homemade pita bread.

I love doing corn on the cob on the bbq and skewers with halloumi, courgette and peppers.

Italian chicken. Chicken breasts flattened out & marinaded in EVOO, garlic, lemon zest & juice & fresh rosemary.
Then cooked on the bbq served with bbq red peppers, courgette, asparagus & garlic & rosemary potatoes.
