Shaver for teen daughter

My 14yr old has decided she wants to shave her legs and underarms. I am overwhelmed with choice about a Ladyshave type thing to get her or just get a Gillette. I haven't bothered for years, and when I did bother I waxed (she's not keen on this)

What do your teens use and do they recommend it?

Mine just use disposable razors or a gilette razor. Do ladyshaves still exist?!

Mine uses the Venus olay razor that has wee soap bars on it.

I use a lady shave, but a new one every couple of years and just buy whatever the battery operated one is that they have in whichever supermarket I'm in. Usually about £15.

I prefer them because I'm cackhanded so no matter how careful I am I slice m6 legs open with a razor, I'm allergic to veet and other hair removal creams, can't be bothered with home wax and don't fancy getting a stranger to wax me.

It does the job.

Since I was a teen I've always used a Gillette 'mans' razor. I always found they did a better job than the 'lady' versions.
My teens also have their own 'mens' Gillette razors.

Gillette venus Spa razors

We all use them they are almost impossible to cut yourself with

a rechargable electric razor.

less danger of cuts.

most can be used in the shower.

Thank you all for responding, I will let her have look at these recommendations and see what she thinks. I wish she'd just pick one tbh so hopefully she'll feel able too soon.

I've used a ladyshave since my teens - the skin on my legs is really sensitive, if I use razors and shaving gel I get a terrible rash 😖

It starts stinging then comes up with a red rash very quickly, even if I wash it off immediately the rash sticks around and is delightfully itchy making me want to peek my legs for about 3-5 days.

I'm also allergic to hair dye and weirdly Calamine lotion (which we discovered when I was a kid and had chicken pox).
