Need motivation 😒

really struggling to get up and go most days. Just an overwhelming urgh not another day… not in a depressed kinda way.
what do you do to motivate yourself?? Really need tips

Start small. I have very little "go" at the moment, but, forced myself to put the washer on & clear out a drawer this morning and have been pottering ever since...with regular breaks so I don't over-do it. I'll wash up and maybe do another drawer in a bit, but if I don't then 🤷‍♀️

Sometimes you might just need those "meh", nothingy, kind of days 💐

Yeah you’re right. I have 3 young DCs, single parent and I’m just exhausted!!

You need to set yourself some interesting goals that make you want to get out of bed.
Even if it's taking a coffee in a travel cup & going for a 20 min walk. Or like PP said, write yourself a list of jobs to do in your house (decluttering/cleaning) so your home is nice to be in. Then reward yourself with sitting & reading a book or cooking a nice meal or arrange to see a friend.

I’ve never got into podcasts I know this sounds daft but is it like an audio book? Thank you for your advice

Yes, a Podcast is a bit like an audio book or like listening to an interview on the radio. I like them as I can listen with headphones, whilst doing something else (food shopping or cleaning).
