Why do I eat junk food when I know it's crap, makes me feel lethargic and is just rubbish?
I adore healthy food, soups and salads, fruit and veg yet I'll still eat lots of toast, crisps and chocolate.
When I quit the crap, I feel so, so, so much better. I have more energy, I'm bursting with motivation for work and housework and being active yet I let myself down again by eating the wrong food.
Now I'm in a slump again.
Stupid really. Yet, I know I'm not the only one. Why do we do this?
