Super exciting for a Friday evening...do you have a table-cloth or mats for your garden table?

My dad paid for some new garden furniture for me, so I can sit in the garden over summer.

I've been looking for a fairly inexpensive cover or mats for the table but not struck on anything much I've seen so far.

If you have a nice cover, or mats, or even any accessories that make it that bit nicer, can I see & where are they from? 😊

No mats or tablecloth on ours. Don't see the point.

I use our mats from the dining table. They are wooden (possibly veneer) from either B&M or Home Bargains a couple of years ago.

Over the years we've had a fair few sets of placemats and coasters and the wooden ones are very good. The cork backed ones tend to suffer if they get wet, the slate ones get damaged if they are knocked off the table and the woven ones slip about or are blown off if it's a bit windy.

No mats or cloth but do have a geranium in the middle & jam jar type solar lights

This is a glass topped table only 2 years old so in good nic, our old tatty wooden table we covered with a gorgeous oil cloth so easy to clean & dry if it rained

You can buy that oil cloth in lots of different designs at B&Q. I looked at it a couple of weeks ago thinking it would be easy to keep clean and would be ideal for outside.

No tablecloth or place mats here.

We have a table cloth for our garden table. We bring the table cloth inside when there is rain, or if there is a chance it might blow away.

I don't have a picture of it, it's old, but it has a cherry pattern on it, in memory of a cherry tree we used to have in the garden.

Good luck with your new garden furniture!
