Please help me redecorate my bedroom

Looking for some advice as I am not very good at decorating. I have a smallish square bedroom with a black iron bed and white furniture. The walls were painted magnolia but I am looking for a change. I am not keen on grey but what else would go well with my furniture? Carpeting is pale grey and cannot be changed.

I would go pale pink but i know it's not for everyone. Sage green would be nice too. You could do a dark navy wall with the other walls lighter.

Any colour is better than cream/white/magnolia/ any of that dull stuff. Green is always nice for a bedroom. I've had green bedrooms for 10 years and it's lovely.

Your furniture and carpet are neutral so any colour will work
