Hello, I thought I would post here, while I nervously wait to hear back from recruiter! I went for a first stage interview on Wednesday morning. It went very well, the hiring manager was very warm and engaged, asked lots of questions, and talked about how relevant my experience was. They said there was a lot of interest in the role, but things are quiet and they're moving quickly with interviews. I haven't heard back since tho! Admittedly, it's only been a few days, but surely I'd have heard back by now for a second interview? It's a large company, but I know these type of orgs can move more slowly, ironically. I know most advice will be to wait, follow up etc. Waah :)
