Deep fat fryer recommendations anyone?

Looking for one that's a suitable size for 2-4 people (not too big) and is easy to clean (and makes good chips obviously).

Also what do people use to strain the oil/store it in? Do you have a sieve/jug/container?

Am completely new to this so all help appreciated!

You are better getting an air fryer. Rather healthier and makes great chips
