I had root canal treatment and a new crown in 2021. The crown had never fitted right and has fallen out and been put back in at least twice each time by a different dentist as the one who did my treatment had left by then. My new dentist is on maternity leave so appointments are impossible. The crown has come out again and now i am fed up and want a new one. This one has been filed down and fiddled with so it feels terrible in my mouth. I want to know where i stand before i go and speak to the practice.
Do i have any rights? Is the work guaranteed in any way? This is a BUPA practice and i am a private patient.
If anyone can guide me as to what i need to say and how to approach it i will be very grateful.
