3 days work, division of kabour at hone

Going to drop from ft to 3 days in work.
Anyone do 3 days? Have you taken on all home responsibilities? Cooking? Dh works at home ft. 3 kids all primary age. Thinking about how to split home life and still have a bit of time to myself too.

I would do pick up and drop off on your two days and then one other day (or 2x drop off or pick up).

Sorry should add I'm a teacher so no drop off or pick up on the days I work- dh does that.
What about cleaning etc

I think you just have to total it all up as hours/stress involved, and then split it according to the hours you work. So you both end up with roughly the same free time. Unless you are methodical you will end up taking on too much.
