Low alcohol options

what are some low alcohol options say like 2-3% abv that are nice? I don’t want to stop drinking but would like to slow down now I’m at a certain age! I do like AF ones but looking for drinks with a bit of a buzz. I socialise a lot and can’t look at an empty glass whilst everyone around me is drinking and having a merry time but I am far too old to get up dancing now so just looking for lighter options

The Little Beer Co do low alcohol beers, if you like beer. Otherwise can you get a Pimms or gin and tonic but only 1 shot and get an extra mixer so it's weaker?

What about white wine mixed with soda? Or diluting red with water?

Buy a small (125, by law they have to offer it) wine and top up with water. Twice as much tonic in gin, for beer I drink ale and there's often options at the 3.5-4% mark at our local real ale place
