I’ve never used insurance before for appliances so just wondered how it works. How soon can you claim? Is there a time limit? Also do you have to pay extra? What if the item can’t be fixed? Does anyone have insurance with D&G are they any good?

You have to wait 30 days after getting insurance before you make a claim

I’ve been 5 weeks with no washer with medical and disability needs been on the bone today will be another 2 weeks for parts absolutely appalling company happy to take the money NOT happy to provide the service!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
