Anyone know if 'Revitive Medic' actually works?

My elderly mother is getting a lot of aches and pains in her legs and lower back/hip. I'd like to get her this, but at £300 is this really worth it?

I've got one. I have a sedentary job and like to use it under my work desk when I work from home.
I don't actually know if it really makes much difference.
