Would this be smart enough ?

I have an interview and don’t want to wear a blazer as I have quite broad shoulders

I have something like this (will get my hair blow dried so will look sleek) and the scarf is softer coloured

it is for professional but not corporate job

Nice heels/skirt/makeup combo and yes, it could look good. If you don't complete the outfit it probably won't work

Absolutely fine in my opinion. I often wear silk blouses without a blazer.
