I thought it would be 2.5 also but was worried it might be a trick question lol

It’s 25 over 1,000 as you can’t put 2.5 over 100 due to the decimal point.

but that's not allowed
5 over 200 or 25 over 1000
simplify it to
1 over 40

What is the proper formatting?
Is it supposed to say 2.5%/100 or something else?
