Discount or exchange. What would you choose?

I’ve just unpacked my new fridge/freezer and noticed two small dents to the bottom of the freezer door which is a bit annoying . I would really like to get it up and running asap and they can’t replace the door which would have been ideal. They have offered a discount or to replace the whole thing which is very impressive customer service. I don’t know which to choose £50, or get a new one delivered on sat? You’ll need to zoom in to see the dents properly .

I would exchange. The dents will grate on you !

I'd take the £50, as I'd be bound to dent it myself sooner or later anyway. But you may not be as naturally clumsy as me...
If I was planning to sell or rent out the property soon I'd go for the exchange instead.

Thanks. I’m going for an exchange as I think it’ll bug me now I’m aware of it. I’m really careful with things and live alone so have high hopes I’d probably not dent it.
