Does this look like strawberry tongue (scarlet fever)

Dd spiked a temp yesterday that has been coming down with nurofen/calpol. Off her food, lethargic, glands up.

Shes just now complained of a sore throat and sore tongue and when I checked it does look like the start of strawberry tongue to me.

Waiting for a callback from her drs for antibiotics hopefully

When both of my children had this recently (a month apart) it turned out to be tonsillitis. They also had a rash too but that turned out to be just an associated viral rash, not scarlet fever.

When my Ds's both had it their tongues were much redder than that, really bright pink.

Doesn't look like it to me
