My sleep has not been great the last few years and I have been waking up earlier and earlier, normally around 4am (I have been trying to go to bed before 10pm). I thought the light might be waking me up so I tried an eye mask last night - I woke a bit later but my fitbit recorded just 7 min rem, 24 min deep sleep (1st picture) , I normally get a little more, over 1 hour rem 2nd picture).
Does anyone have any tips for improving rem and deep sleep and waking a bit later in the morning? I seem to be stuck in tight sleep since having children (my first was born 3 years ago)
