organisation lovely public sector, manager a dream - pay is 40k pa permanent role. I’ve been offered a 6 month contract at another organisation as a service lead but would be 100k pa - 50k for the 6 month contact with chance of extension. Can I take the risk and hope it leads to an extension or another job?
