Supply issues at bedtime

My baby is 10 months and I’d say for the past month, I’ve been having supply issues at bedtime. I’ve never had a supply issues before. I went back to work about 6 weeks ago and have been pumping regularly to keep my supply up. I don’t seem to have any issues with feeding her until it comes to around 7/8pm where she doesn’t seem to be getting enough milk. I’m having to top her up with a bottle. I don’t really know what to do. If anyone has any advice on increasing my supply at this time or knows why it’s happening, it would be greatly appreciated.

My first thought is the first few nights this was happening she was in a leap and you just needed to ride it out and your supply would have increased. But by giving her a bottle, unless you're pumping at the same time, you're effectively telling your body not to make milk for bedtime. It's all supply and demand so I think just go back to letting her go from the left to the right then back again at bedtime and after a couple of of days it'll be fine. Make sure you're drinking enough water in this warmer weather (UK).

My second thought is this was all in your mind ie you attributed fussiness or some unrelated issue to low supply when it wasn't connected. But have created a supply issue by giving a bottle.

First thought is are you drinking enough during the day at work?
