Supplement/Vitamin Advice

I have recently lost 3 stone using a very low calorie meal replacement type diet (shakes and bars). I feel that I am ready now to start introducing "normal" healthy food now and to hopefully continue my weight loss and then sustain. The cost of the bars and shakes diet is quite a lot and I want to try and come away from it now. One of the main appeals of the shakes and bars was that by having my 3 products each day I knew my body was having the correct amount of vitamins/minerals and protein (protein is very important as I don't seem to lose any weight at all when I don't have enough protein). I know a good multivitamin will give me the vitamins I need but what about the protein. I don't seem to get enough from food, is there a protein supplement that will give me my days worth in one tablet?

Of course not. You need 60 gr of protein in a day or more depending how big or small you are .
The larger capsules contain 1 gr, meaning you would need 60 capsules a day ...

Thank you for your reply. Sorry, I know it may seem like an obvious question to some but I was genuinely asking. I have been overweight for my whole life so getting to grips with nutrition and the only way to find things out, is to ask. I just wondered if I could get all my vits from a single capsule and I've just been eating 3 bars/shakes to give me my total protein per day then I didn't think it was impossible to get a protein capsule that would cover majority of my daily amount. I didn't realise it was only 1g per tablet.
