Evening!! Today we had a new tv delivered, oh came home from work we've got it out of the box and the screen is smashed... I'm currently on the phone to curry's and they're saying they'll collect it tomorrow and it has to be scanned back in and a new one will be delivered Thursday.
Has anyone had a similar situation and got them to be able to rectify it quicker??
It's half term here and after making no plans today, it's looking like we've got 2 more days of being house bound all to get a tv we paid for next day delivery on
