I have an old kindle and can't work out this.

It's locked on a novel and im swiping and pressing and I can get back to the beginning but can't get to a jew book

Oh goodness this phone changing every word apologies.

I'm trying to access the novel list on this NEW kindle modern and I'm swiping etc but can only move around the book it's somehow locked on!

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
